It's Like Giving Up AOL

I've been blogging for about three years, now.

First I tried Xanga. It was going swimmingly until something happened (I don't even remember what that something was, now) and I deleted the account. For the past two years I've been doing the MySpace thing. It's fun, but not really the venue I'm looking for.

So now I'm doing a "real" blog - out in the middle of the cyber wasteland. It reminds me of the transition from AOL to plain ol' WWW. At first opening up the browser seemed so... barren. No "You've got MAIL!" or billions if IMs popping up. Just a home page of nothing. Undirected.

And unlimited.

  1. Hey Sara:

Hope you keep blogging. Thanks for reading mine. Sounds like you're feeling "normal" for the stage you're at, right? Although it still really kind of sucks. My third pregnancy has been the hardest that way. Glad to hear how things are going for your hubby at work. I feel like I've missed quite a bit of child #2, sounds like she's become quite the bundle of energy!
